The date is 25th June, 1931. The great depression has now been going on in the United States for 2 years. Unemployment is widespread, banks are closing, and the government is panicking. Hence, in an attempt to save money, the United States has suspended the Young plan, a plan that was giving Germany loans to help them pay back their war reparations.
This suspension of loans, along with the Great Depression itself, has taken a massive toll on the German Economy. People are losing their jobs, the economy is crumbling, and your currency is crashing. As a German policy maker, how do you address this problem and provide jobs to your people while stabilising the economy?

During the start of the Cold War, tensions mounted between the Western Allies and the Soviet Union. In an attempt to harm the people of West Berlin, Joseph Stalin, the Soviet leader, imposed the Berlin Blockade, cutting off all land and river transit between West Berlin and West Germany. This was one of the first major international crises of the Cold War period, as it could potentially lead to mass starvation and deaths.
The Western Allies were quick to come to West Berlin's aid with a massive airlift to supply resources to the affected region. However, the Russians retaliated, using air force planes to sabotage the USA's attempts at aid. As President Harry S. Truman, find an alternate way to pacify the situation. The date is 26th August, 1944. As you awake in your Berlin bunker, you receive news from France that the allied forces who entered through Normandy, under Operation Overlord, have successfully liberated Paris. This force is now moving further and people in Western Europe have started supporting them.
Riots are taking place and your army is suffering from a lack of morale. Over 9000 German troops have died, leading to large-scale desertion. Your subordinates have ignored direct orders and now your control over Europe is threatening to fade.
As the führer himself, what steps do you take to recover your territory while maintaining control of the rest of Europe? Explain your strategy and methodology in 350-400 words.
